You can use this page to join the organization, pay for one of our events, or to send us money for any reason at all.
Why Join?
Memberships
Urasenke Philadelphia is part of the Urasenke's international network of tea ceremony associations. By joining Urasenke Philadelphia, by extension you become a member of the Urasenke school. While this is of the greatest benefit for people who are actively studying tea ceremony, people with an interest in tea culture are also welcome to join! Members receive invitations to private events and educational opportunities.
Urasenke Philadelphia is part of the international Urasenke school of chanoyu.
Become a Member
Please choose from one of the following options:
- Regular Member ($30): For individuals studying chado
- Household ($40): For more than one person from the same household
- Associate or Student Member ($20): For students studying full-time at an educational institution or people not studying chado.
- Institutional Member ($55): For organizations, schools, or other institutions.
